Where is my order?

When your package will be ready it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address used during the purchase/registration process. We remind you that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact. Also by accessing the relevant section in your account you can view the details of the order and all its phases, from taking charge to delivery.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times tend to be around 2 to 5 working days to be calculated from the time you receive confirmation of shipment by email. When the package will be shipped from our warehouses, upon request, you will receive an email containing the link to the tracking of the package where you can follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday. It is possible that the times change depending on the area. We advise you to check the link to be updated in real time on any possible change.

Can I change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address you can contact the courier providing the tracking code or tracking number after the first failed delivery attempt. At the time of shipment we will send you, upon request, an email that contains the tracking link to follow the order. By clicking on that link you will be able to view the tracking code/shipping number.

How do I order a product?

If you already have an account, simply click on “My Account” and enter the email address and password you chose when you registered. Forgot your password? Click on “Forgot your password” and we will send you an email to create a new one. If you are a new customer you will need to register or you can simply purchase as a “guest” (guest) without the obligation to register in which case we will use your email to update you on the status of your order.

How do I order?

Follow these simple steps to confirm your order After choosing the product you can add it to your cart, you can continue shopping or go directly to checkout. If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the appropriate field. Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter in the “additional information” section the name that the courier will find on the bell. Choose the payment method you want to use among those available. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data and what you have just purchased. Finally you will receive an email with the summary of the order. Please note It is not possible to add other items when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make another one. After you have placed your order it is not possible to change the shipping address.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay orders by credit card, Postepay, Paypal and/or Stripe and in some cases by cash on delivery or by bank transfer. In case you need an invoice you will have to fill in the appropriate fields (optional) before confirming the order.

How does a refund occur?

If you have made a return the refund will be made within ten working days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier. When we receive your return in stock we will send you an email confirmation. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

How to make a return?

To make a return you can send the package at the address on this page, once the package reaches our warehouse one of our representatives will make an integrity check on the status of the product, then we will refund the full amount.

If the product is defective?

If an item you receive is defective, you will be able to make a claim. Go to the “Contact Us” page and use the site’s email to initiate a complaint procedure. Remember to enter your order number so we can immediately identify the product.
