Returns and Withdrawals

The internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (articles from 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside business premises. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, you simply need to send Decor Designs a written communication to that effect, and within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, also ship the aforementioned goods purchased to the address indicated below.

The cost of shipping a product for return is borne by the end customer.

Remember to attach a copy of the order confirmation received by email to the package.

How long do I have to ship the product?

The product must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the same.

What is the time frame for the refund?

Upon receipt of the item, we will immediately activate the refund procedures. The times will depend on the payment method you used. In any case they will not be longer than 10 days.
